Return/Exchange Policy

Rajah Travel permits return or exchange of products within 7 days of delivery receipt for the following reasons:

  1. Damaged or defective
  2. Defective goods due to mishandling of the customer
  3. Tampered packaging

Item must be new and unused and in the original packaging along with the complete accessories, should there be any. Rajah Travel reserves the right to evaluate and approve the request for return and exchange.

The return and exchange policy is not applicable for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind over preference or if the similar product was found sold cheaper elsewhere.
  2. Defective goods due to mishandling of the customer.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

  1. Notify Rajah Travel regarding the concern. Call (02) 894-0886 local 7290 or email
  2. Rajah Travel will send the Return or Exchange Order Form via email.
  3. Ship the item for return or exchange together with the Return or Exchange Order Form and official receipt or any proof of purchase (no accompanying Return or Order Form will be automatically declined and sent back) to Rajah Travel Makati Office, 3/F 331 Building, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. You may also personally bring the item to the office.
  4. Rajah Travel will evaluate the product within 24 hours whether to allow the return or exchange, and will duly notify the customer via email. In case the reason for return is invalid and declined, the product should be picked up by the customer in the office address stated.
  5. In case of return, refund will be processed by Rajah Travel after evaluation within 15 calendar days and will be confirmed through email.
  6. In case of exchange, alternative product must be of equal and lesser value. In event that the chosen alternative product is of higher price, additional payment will be required before Rajah Travel will begin processing the delivery.
